Despite having made reservation at 8pm, we had to wait 15 mins to enter and the waiting time for the hotpot soup was a bit too long. Service could be improved too. However, food was not bad.

I felt scammed. I been using eatigo, usually when booked at 20%, I was expecting to be getting a discount based on what I ordered. I ordered buffet @27.80 + soup base $2.80. So I was expecting to be charged $24.48 before service and tax, but was informed its fixed rate at $26.72 [($27.80 + $3.80 + $1.80) x 20%]. Then they should inform us upfront. I feel cheated to be charged for items we didn’t order.
