I recently dined at this place using an Eatigo reservation, and I would like to raise a complaint about my experience. First, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot—I was sweating throughout the meal, and it felt like the air conditioning was either off or not working properly. This made the entire experience unpleasant. While the food was just okay, it was acceptable for the price. However, the real issue was how the staff wrongly enforced the takeaway policy. According to the restaurant’s own policy, takeaway orders are charged at regular price, but leftovers for takeaway can be charged extra as per restaurant policy. Despite this, I was denied the ability to take my leftovers home, which was both frustrating and embarrassing. Other restaurants I’ve visited through Eatigo have allowed me to take home leftovers, and Eatigo customer support even confirmed that I should have been allowed to do so. Instead, the staff insisted I could not take anything home and loudly discussed the policy in a way that ensured I could hear them, making the situation even more uncomfortable. I would appreciate a clarification on why the restaurant staff disregarded their own written policy and why this was handled in such an unprofessional manner. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

The food was really good and tasty. Food weren't that expensive and the food servings were really awesome and impressive! The staff were all friendly as well.
