Drink service is relatively prompt, but if you plan to dine, please allow at least one hour of waiting time. On the evening I visited, it wasn’t particularly busy—there were only four or five tables occupied—yet it took about 45 minutes from ordering to receiving food. Then there was a missed order, requiring another 45-minute wait, completely redefining my concept of slow service. The food itself was quite mediocre, and while the hard drink tasted all right, the portions were extremely small. Moreover, the billing was far from transparent. I roughly calculated the total and noticed I was overcharged by several dozen dollars; I’m not sure if a 20% surcharge was added for Christmas or something else. When I asked to see a detailed receipt, they only provided the credit card slip. I didn’t confront them about it at the time; I only realized the discrepancy after doing the math later. If you’re someone who likes taking things slowly, this restaurant would be perfect for you.
