Although the variety of food is not so much, all is good and delicious. Staff is so nice. My friend and I really enjoyed the meal.

The food variety is limited, and its not buffet style . We wil order the menu on the checklist. Since the portion is small, its very good, no wastage. Anyway, for the price, its worth. But for me, once in a lifetime is enough, lol.

OPEN Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the beautiful DoubleTree Hilton Hotel Bangkok. It's located in Ploenchit on Sukhumvit Rd. It's a casual restaurant concept. This is a restaurant you really want to actually go to, want to eat in, and feel good about yourself after eating there.I attended on a Tuesday afternoon for the "All You Can Eat Lunch". It's a cook to order buffet style menu. But immediately upon sitting you feel like your getting 5 star service. The staff Meaw, Dream, First, and Waraporn work as a team. They were incredibly attentive consistently exceeding my expectations. The service and attention they give each guest was unbelievable. Not once did I have to request anything, It's definitely the best service I've ever received at any restaurant in Bangkok. Its also very obvious all the chefs are very passionate about every aspect of the food the are presenting.. Every dish I ordered was cook to perfection, seasoned perfectly. And the plating of the dish felt like I was in a 5 star ⭐ restaurant. Every dish is cooked to order, so the food is HOT not warm. And I definitely love the small plate concept, which means zero wasted food. I didn’t expect much at first, but the dinner buffet turned out to be surprisingly decent. Because of that, I tried their lunch buffet the other day, and it was actually very good. I loved the lunch buffet even more than the dinner one. What I especially like is their concept: it’s all-you-can-eat, but not in the usual buffet style. You order the dishes you want, they come in small portions, and you can taste everything without wasting food—and reorder the ones you love. This month they also have a seasonal New Year festive menu. The duck breast with orange sauce was the highlight for me: medium-cooked, perfectly balanced sauce, genuinely impressive for this price point. I also recommend trying the Thai local dishes. They’re top tier—very clean, very well made, and frankly better than most street food if you want something refined. You can sample many local dishes in small portions and reorder anything you enjoy. The pastas lacked a bit of flavour, but aside from that, the local dishes and the festive menu were excellent. With the 50% promotion, it honestly felt like a steal.

We went for the first time to enjoy the lunch buffet here: this month (August 2025) the theme is Mediterranean. Absolutely great food in a very nice setting, and a special thanks to Khun Meaw for her excellent service! Total 5 star, and we'll be back again next week.
