Description
Thalappakatti for the common man in South India refers to high quality biryani, and it is a trait that the Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant still upholds today. Originating in 1957 from the Thalappakatti Biriyani Hotel, this family recipe still maintains the same traditional cooking techniques to remain faithful to the original taste. Top dishes to try here are the tawa meen roast, black pepper chicken and, of course, their biryani dishes.

when they said my bill items and then I told them I got 25%. They said they closed the bill.. I don't know how come that.... He said he cant void... i was damn tired that time. SO I didn't thought to create a problem there. He said next time, he would give me 25% off. But how come, without knowing any of my details, how will he give me??. when I check my bill amount nearly 22 dollars I had to pay extra because of their mistake. Please try not to do this again.

The air conditioning on the restaurant's second level was not functioning, leaving customers to endure the hot weather and discomfort while dining. Additionally, the service and food was totally disappointing; we waited for 40 minutes for the side dish to accompany the Biryani, and the Tawa fish was served half-cooked after waiting for an hour. This experience was undoubtedly terrible, we have ever encountered.
