Asked if one of the mains eligible for eatigo discount staff said yes. Ordered an appetizer but staff didn't inform us that is not eligible for discount. Had i known or be informed like most restaurants do, i WOULD NOT have ordered appetizer

We book 8 pax but only have 5 adult and one kid. Yet the restaurant insisted us to order 8 main course. We ordered Fish and chips & when we asked for extra Tar tar sauce they mention it will be chargeable. Apart from that, we like the space they had for kids with the pool table and darts .

The restaurant gave 50% discount. However, the service fee and GST was charged on original price and not after discounted price. This does not align with IRAS guidelines that GST should be charged after discount is given. This F&B restaurant is not doing the right thing.
