This is not our first time here. my friends and i keep coming back because we really love the food and the staffs are nice. Today, i reserved for 8 persons because it was my Husband's birthday and decided to bring our parents and his siblings here. We wanted to share what we love about this restaurant. The food is still great, the service is okay except the staff named JAM. She got irritated when we ask for additional rice and water. She irritatedly says: Meron pa ba kayong kailngan? We let it pass. She could have ask it in a nice way. In a nice tone of voice.

The food was good, but the service was disappointing. Upon arriving at the venue, the staff were unaware of our reservation and had to check it, which resulted in a lengthy wait. We also mentioned in the reservation notes that we had birthday celebrants, but they completely ignored this. I had confirmed with the staff beforehand that they sing "Happy Birthday" for celebrants during the current month. I followed up multiple times to ask if they would sing, and they assured me they would. However, we waited and waited until we were tired and gave up. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, we heard them singing "Happy Birthday" to other celebrants, seemingly those not using the Eatigo discount. It was embarrassing and disappointing. We all waited and expected this simple gesture because they said it was part of their service. If they can’t provide that to discounted customers, they should be upfront and honest about it. We would have understood, but this lack of communication and inconsistent treatment was frustrating.

Foods are great! Higly recommended. Specially Salted egg Shrimp, Boneless tilapia and Guinimis (i dont know if I got that right, it'sso yummy that I forgot ilmy name and its name). I also want to highlight the staffs, they are so friendly and accomodating. Definitely will try again!
