staff did not let us in even if we came earlier than 830pm. it was supposed to be our noche buena that day with my senior mom and 2 yr old grandchild. but the staff was not kind enough to even entertain us making all the excuses. even saying how much was the cost of the buffet. thinking we are not able to pay the regular price. we are very disappointed.

pinaka worst na buffet sa manila na 'napuntahan ko. Kung hindi nag rerefill kulang kulang ang nasa buffet. Not worth for its price. Even the lechon belly kailangan pa mag special request para maka kuha ng balat. Sobrang kulang din sa manpower

First time to do buffet for just 1hr. I don’t think I will try this again. Even though it’s 50% off, it’s not worth it. You cannot explore the buffet foods in just 1hour.
