As a 5 star hotel located at Bukit Bintang, Im very disappointed of the overall experience I had with the dinner. Food: seafood was considered fresh, food is edible; these are the only positive comment I can ever give. Other food not mentioned here are either at an 'edible' level or even worse. Place: Yes I understand, Its a building aged more than 20 years. however some parts of the restaurant have obvious smell of mould. KL has a lot of 5-stars hotel which roughly share the same age, still being well-maintained. Ventilation....depends on your table's position, some are good, some are hot. Service: that depends on which waiter/waitress you have encountered. Some are nice and friendly, while some are not responsive. Overall experience: if I had this kind of dinner at some random food court, I wont complain. However, its a 5-star hotel so you can do better. 🙂

RM60+ is not worthy at all! Foods are horrible, salty and meats are not well cooked, tomato soup taste like tomato curry, desserts are so awful. If you are serving the awful foods with this much of rate, we rather don't purchase. F&B management, you better don't offer for promo price for this kind of foods. And for parking you have to pay RM8 for 1st entry and RM3 for subsequent, no flat rate for those who visit for dine. So technically wasted almost RM80.
