Sunday champagne lunch was wonderful so we opted to dine here again on a Monday. We were again delighted at the quality and generous seafood offered. Highly recommended as a good value dining place.

Sustainably sourced/certified and fresh seafood on ice. Excellent variety with good quality crayfish, large scallops on shells, and prawns. Snow crab legs, lobsters and oysters are offered on Sundays for lunch. High quality salad selection with rarer kinds of salad leaves. Unique sushi offerings for vegans including generous mushrooms and black fungus. Also a delicious range of Western and Asian dishes. Excellent service with good attention to details. My main suggestion is that the chefs can experiment with vegan options for dairy as several dishes contain dairy. Increasingly, more people are dairy and lactose intolerant so I hope the chefs can experiment with cashew cream, coconut cream, coconut milk and soy milk as alternatives. Highly recommended dining restaurant for diners who value high quality and unprocessed natural ingredients and dishes with fresh and generous portions.

the restaurant doesn't accept double promotions, eventually I chose Marriott membership with higher % discount.
