Booking at this time of 13:30 would give you an hour to enjoy the buffet. Some food on the menu is no longer available and they don't want to serve anymore. You can't seem to find the best on their menu since there's none to get. You would ask thier cook to fill in the trays but it would take time so you will just enjoy what is left. Vikings has also reduced their food quality and would just be a mere simple buffet meals. Way different when they first opened.
