Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallops with Salmon Roe & Lobster Sauce Tagliatelle This dish was highly recommended by the staff, and we quickly realized why—it was on almost every table! The Hokkaido scallops were seared to perfection, achieving a crispy exterior and tender, juicy center. The light yet flavorful lobster sauce complemented the dish beautifully, making it both wholesome and delicious—an absolute must-try. Tiramisu This classic Italian treat had just the right balance of moistness, smooth mascarpone cheese, and a subtle kick of liqueur, leaving us with a lasting impression. Porcini Mushroom Risotto A classic Italian-style risotto paired with rich and flavorful porcini mushrooms. The rice grains are tender yet slightly chewy, providing a layered and satisfying texture in every bite. Grilled New Zealand Ribeye with Fries The steak was perfectly grilled, with beautiful seared marks that were incredibly tempting. Cooked medium-rare, the meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful. A small amount of mustard enhanced the natural umami of the steak. The crispy and golden fries were a perfect complement, and when dipped in ketchup, it made for a truly delightful pairing!
