The thai omelette was very salty, we had to have it replaced, the pad thai was very bland. The female manager had a bad attitude

I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Soi Chicken restaurant. While I've had positive experiences using this app in the past, my visit with a friend to your establishment was unfortunately marred by the way we were treated. We were excited to try Thai food for the first time, especially with the 50% discount offered through the eatigo app. However, upon learning we were using the app, the staff immediately focused on explaining the no-takeout policy, which I understood, but their tone and demeanor were markedly different compared to how they interacted with other customers paying full price. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcome atmosphere, ultimately souring what should have been an enjoyable first experience with Thai cuisine. Regrettably, this negative encounter has dissuaded me from returning to Soi Chicken in the future.

Absolutely infuriating experience. We asked to take our leftover food home—not for us, but for our dog—and were told, with zero empathy, that “takeout is not allowed.” Are you serious? It’s not like we were trying to scam an extra meal—we paid for that food. The fact that they wouldn’t let us take home what we already bought is ridiculous and petty. And the attitude of the staff? No flexibility, no basic courtesy. Just cold, robotic enforcement of a nonsense policy. Never coming back.
