The restaurant is the first in the world to serve the signature Ebi Mazesoba, which is an incredibly rich noodle flavoured with shrimp essence, oil and shrimp soy sauce. Diners can choose from seasonings including miso, salt and soy sauce to create their own ramen options, along with other dishes including Rice Ball, Steamed Japanese Rice and BBQ Pork Rice. 員工短頭髮呀姨Koby的服務態度非常差，看她對其他顧客也是很差，好耐煩沒有耐性的樣子。而且在旁邊收拾碗子的時候好暴力，好大聲，粗暴對待。還有拉凳聲也很大聲，一直騷擾旁邊顧客吃東西的環境。
