One of the wordt dining experience. We dine in on your ayala malls manila bay branch and used eatigo discount, we ordered quite. afew variety of food on menu as we wanted to taste it all. However on the time we asked for the leftovers to be packed for take out the server told us that its not allowed, while we clearly have used eatigo in Enbu and red spice in Okada and has taken out left over food with no charge. I informed the server that If they charge takeout fee that's fine but she insisted that its nit allowed oer company policy. I understand that you have policies in using eatigo app. But I am more than willing to pay a takeout charge just not to add food wastes. But they didn't allowed it and have not even informed us before we can olace our orders. In the end, I payed a full amount for the soi chicken just so I can take it home and the tom yum which is barely touched has been thrown of to waste as they didn't allowed it to be taken. I am absolutely disgusted with food establishments that adds on to the growing problem of our society today- food wastes, so I will definitely not dine here again and will never recommend this to anyone 🤮👎

Pad thai was spectacular! Tom yum was a festival for the taste buds! Bagoong rice was to die for! The pad krapao tasted like skinless longganisa! Not-so-reasonable price if there was no discount. Staff were very hospitable and friendly. Found a hair strand in our plain jasmine rice. I’d still give it 4 stars because majority of the food were amazing, hospitable staff and Eatigo discount.
