Food Capital is a tranquil and capacious all-day-dining and buffet restaurant by the riverside in Singapore. The restaurant presents guests with an array of indulgent delights with the main island counter; featuring the Patisserie and the Seafood-on-Ice section taking the centre stage.
Food Capital’s main dining area consists of full-height floor to ceiling glass windows, providing ample lighting while creating a warm and welcoming ambience for guests along with the scenic view of the Singapore River. Popular selections among diners include the Canadian Snow Crab Leg, Chilean Scallop, Oven Roasted Chicken, Australian Beef Rib Eye with Red Wine Jus and many more local favourites, served from the variety of stations around the buffet line.
Not to be missed are also the crowd favourites – Fresh Sashimi and Signature Laksa. Finding your way around, look out for our whole section of zesty delights where you find an array of international and Asian cuisines, along with the crowd favourites such as the Tandoor Grill dishes.

There are not many types of dishes, except for tempura and roast beef, the other dishes are very common. Thankfully, I got the discount through Eatigo, otherwise it wasn't worth

Went for a bday celebrations with 10pax. (They arranged a complimentary cake + pics print for us. Nice ambience, good food, good service. Friendly & smiling staffs all night, plates & dishes cleared fast. Fresh seafood, especially the oysters, long leg crab, prawns. Lots of varieties of sushi to choose, fried tempura, vege, dessert, Choco fountain for kids as well. Kids price is same as adults. Overall: worth it
