Gd environment & vibe ! Just the medium-ordered steak was over-cooked and the ingredients of the beef nachos didn’t stick together

It took them 20 mins to give us the menu and another 40 mins to get our first dish (even tho the place weren't busy)and when we asked for the check the staff made a mistake causing another delay ... It was really disappointed with the food and service of this 5 star hotels
