I book untuk pukul 9, tapi masa sampai makanan banyak habis tak topup pon makanan. Literally like memang banyak habis. i faham je sebab i ambil pukul 9 tapiii kalau you tahu yang you takkan topup makanan pukul 9, jangan buka untuk pukul 9 🥲 Kesian yang datang waktu tu untuk makan. Seafood tak fresh, makanan yang dah tinggal tulang tu dari i datang sampai dah balik kat atas tu lagi, dah lah tak topup. Please improve

The service provided by the Assistant Manager for F&B, Hazel, was really poor. There was a misunderstanding regarding the Eatigo , and her handling of the situation was both rude and unprofessional. She even escalated the matter by threatening to call security and the police.

So good! Even though on Friday, it's full of people. The food was amazing. Air dia so so je but the teh tarik was so good 🫶🏻 Dun worry, hotel provide surau at level 8 and toilet at lobby 👍🏻

Have to rate 5 stars because Eatigo would hide bad review. Place is good, air cond not cold. Seafood and chicken were not fresh and tasteless. Only delicious thing is roast paratal lamb meat, cakes were hard. Service is good, not rushing to close even after 9pm, not worth if no discount, still below expectation for a popular hotel
