we were arranged to sit at a small table for 3 pax in the corridor by the staircase. Every guest had to pass by our table when going up or down the stairs. We requested to change seats, but the staff there refused, saying that the place was fully booked. However, it was very obvious that the area we were assigned to was already full. Why did you still open this spot for reservation? We paid total RM569.45 for 3 pax, not foc! Why were we arranged to sit there for dine?

didn't expect the food was great! good selection. but just bit disappointed for the steam or cooked whole fish, when I entered for the buffet, saw those fishes left only the bones and the head. and I was waiting for it to replenish, but didn't. the rest of the cooked food are good. for the dessert, I felt only the ice cream is good. the rest, like the Kueh, hmm...quite disappointing. the cakes are, hmm...well. the staff are so friendly and helpful. for the seating placement, I felt the place was pretty tight with the other table. we had hard time crossing in between those seats to get to our table, and instead we'll need to walk a big round. something to improve on..but love the Xmas decos at Sofitel! very beautiful set up.

Worth with the price…not crowded..easy to go there by mrt pusat bandar damansara pavilion. Friendly staff…clear and complete prayer room..overall place very good …food taste just nice…just that the lobster not that fresh and size small…however for other food good…many veriety choices of food…malay, indian, chinese briyani…sushi…desserts are also many choices…
