Came here on 7th February. Overall, the experience was just okay. I noticed that not all the menu shared via WhatsApp were available during our visit. The table size was quite small, which made it difficult to place many dishes at one time. The food layout was slightly inconvenient as some items were placed in corners and not very visible, so I think I missed a few menu selections. Taste-wise, it was okay. The highlight was definitely the unlimited lobster.. Other dishes were quite standard, and I’m not sure I would return.

I am disappointed with the overall experience, mainly due to the food quality, presentation, and service. The food setup was not user-friendly. Reaching and serving the food was inconvenient, and the seafoods station caused many ice cubes to drop onto the floor, making it wet and slippery, which is a safety concern. The Chinese cuisine was average at best and did not meet expectations. The dessert section was particularly poorly managed. Tong Sui was served without bowls or spoons, and the ice cream station had no cones, bowls, or dessert spoons available. Service was also lacking. The waiter/waitress did not assist with refilling drinks unless specifically requested, which is not the level of attentiveness expected from a restaurant of this standard. Overall, the experience did not reflect the quality and service associated with Sofitel, and there is significant room for improvement.

Snow crab leg are very salty and they don’t refill frequently. So, have to wait for refill. Seafood are not fresh. I will not go there again.
