This restaurant is either understaffed or staff are not pulling their weight. The restaurant was 2/3rds full I’d say. First, we wanted to sit at a table outside as it was a mild evening. ‘Only available for take away was the response’. Perhaps a notice on the tables or on the door would make sense. Once seated, order was taken in reasonable time by Indian waitress. However the speciality yogurt drink I wanted was only available without cream, as they were ‘out of cream’ a major part of the drink so far as I could see, though she insisted I could have it without cream. Instead I ordered the strawberry version of the drink pictured on the menu with a real strawberry. When drinks arrived. With no strawberry. So, no cream and now no strawberry. I’d had enough. I went to the bar and asked what was going on. ‘Oh, you can see we’re busy’, was the response from the Chinese male, pushing him for a proper response he said, ‘I just forgot.’ A likely story. He took my glass and disappeared to the kitchen. A few mins later he reappeared with a strawberry in the drink. When the food arrived the pizza base was crispy only on the edge the rest was very doughy, it hadn’t be cooked long enough. All in all whoever is managing this restaurant is not doing a good job, between ordering supplies, clearly communicating about the outside tables, and managing staff and service levels. I visit Pizza Express in UK regularly and this is a poor imitation.

Great food with kind service by staffs and manager.

The staff here were so warm and welcoming. Especially the manager. Their were 5 of us including old and young and nothing was too much for them. food was so fresh and just right. Will definately will be back. especially for such great service and friendliness.

I just had to leave a review because the waitstaff were absolutely amazing! It was my birthday this month, and not only did they give me a complimentary dessert, but it also had “Happy Birthday” written on it. They even sang to me, creating such a warm and festive atmosphere. It was a truly memorable experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough!
