Review: Great Food, but Be Mindful of the Fine Print I recently visited this eatery and had a mixed experience. While the meal itself was enjoyable, there are several house rules and operational details that future diners should be aware of. The Highlights * Delicious Variety: The food was the clear winner. There is a great variety of choices on the menu, and everything we ordered was tasty and well-prepared. * Efficient Floor Staff: The servers inside the restaurant were efficient, attentive, and friendly throughout our meal. Important Things to Note There are a few costs and policies that are not clearly advertised: * Beverage Charges: Drinks are not included. It costs an additional $4.90++ per person (adult or child). In my opinion, the drinks were quite average and felt subpar for that price point, similar to a basic self-service station. Even plain water is charged at $1++. * Strict Time Limit: There is a 90-minute dining limit. Be prepared to settle the bill and head out promptly once your time is up. Room for Improvement * Front-of-House Coordination: The reception staff seemed unfamiliar with the Eatigo booking system, which caused initial confusion during check-in. * Not Suitable for Families with Toddlers: * The reception staff disagreed with including toddlers in the Eatigo party size count. This creates a risk of not having enough seating space. * We found the environment rushed for parents. Despite the restaurant being only half-occupied, we were asked to leave exactly at the 90-minute mark. For those dining with young children, 90 minutes is often not enough time to manage a meal comfortably. Final Verdict The food and waitstaff are great, but come prepared for the extra beverage costs and a very strict 90-minute turnaround. If you are bringing small children, I recommend calling ahead to double-confirm your seating.

The service was ok but the food was bad especially for the price. I can't believe this is not Sheraton hotel standard. Would be better going to food court . The burger for my son had egg shells, so much so that my son just spit out the food. I guess they felt there was discount so they could not be bothered to cook properly. The nasi goren istimewa had fried chicken wing that taste like those precook frozen chicken wing.
