Excellent service from Crossroads Bar team, especially the manager, Izad and Andy the assistant manager I believe. Izad intuitively went the extra mile to ensure the party felt welcome and shoutout to Andy's innate warmth and kind reassurances at the get go. Special mention of Napa for the attentive service which is also testament to the team culture and Izad's inspiring leadership. Thank you, Crossroads team for a wonderful time!

quiet place for discussions and also just enjoy the cosy environment. tall floor to ceilings area by the hotel lobby... greeted by Indian looking bartender? and full time lady singapore staff.. seems all good and comfortable... as they treat foreigners and local alike .. thats most important in hotel services not to have doubles standards... ordered chicken satay surprisingly sumptuous... however calamari rings seems from frozen food

The service staff was nice. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Although the food was sweet (high-tea) but the design was very nice (CNY)! We prefer more savoury dishes if possible.
