I loved the spacious and clean environment. The food were great too. They were not stingy with replacement of food and their service was prompt and good too.

pumpkin soup have a burn smell. inform manager on duty but till end of buffet also didn't bother to remove or change another type. oyster also not very fresh.

Pros and plus points: Nicely decorated. Service is good as the staff will clear your empty plate without us asking. Food varieties are reasonable for prices you paid with discounts and durian Pengat is one of the best among other hotel buffet . Food replenishment is fast and the cafe staffs are attentive. Oyster and prawn on 27 Dec was fresh and of good flavour. Cons: Tables under spot light are quite warm so if can lower aircon temperature , it will be much better. The main food area a bit compacted especially when there is a huge crowd. Disappointed on the limiter ice-cream flavours and non are my favorite.

A long time ago, this place was one of the best and had a high end reputation. It seems that quality has gone down todate. Few food selections and the tastes are sub par. Seafood section is pathetic, just shrimps and some shells. No fruit juices. Just the ambience is good. We just had 2 rounds then desert. Not so worth it.

Upon dining at the restaurant, the staff touched our plates before asking if we wanted them to be cleared, which felt rushed and unprofessional. We entered using an Eatigo discount of 40%. Shortly afterward, we realized we could get a 50% discount with the AMEX Platinum card. We asked the staff if we could pay with the AMEX card to receive the higher discount. The staff assured us they would inform the counter and apply the AMEX discount. However, when the bill arrived, we were still charged under the Eatigo discount. We raised this with the manager, who explained that while the restaurant can indeed apply the AMEX discount, the transaction had already been processed under Eatigo, and they could not change it unless we canceled the Eatigo reservation. This experience left us feeling unhappy and disappointed with their customer service.
