Definitively be BEST authentic Italian cuisine in all of Northern Thailand. The five star resort always hosts its own Italian train MasterChef directly from Italy itself to oversee and prepare all of the fine Mediterranean fare. They use only the best imported European ingredients – and the dishes are expertly finished. I go nowhere else for Italian and European dining. Really: locals and visitors are alike must try this unparalleled culinary experience. ☺️🙏🏻
