Description
Li Ma Eat Pot is the first hot pot restaurant in Taiwan to specialize in organic seafood. Recognizing modern consumers' increasing concerns about food safety, the restaurant pioneered the nation’s first aquaculture system that has received both national organic certification and Halal certification for its fish, shrimp, and shellfish.
Sourced from the pristine lands of Taiwan’s Hualien-Taitung region, located at latitude 23.5°N, the seafood is raised in a five-star organic farming environment. With support from government, academia, and industry, the restaurant has successfully introduced and restored the endangered Japanese Yamato black clam, known as the "Black Gold Legend" of Taiwan. Rich in 26 amino acids, trace elements, and glycogen, this clam is considered the king of clams in terms of nutritional value, providing a full boost to the immune system and enhancing energy and vitality.
