i have been using eatigo specially the 50% discount most of the restaurant here treat the customer service 1 to 4 ratings only but this restaurant the food was excellent and the price is reasonable especially the manager was very friendly approachable and kind i rate it more than five star

The food was all delicious and the ambiance was beautiful, but unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the way one of the service crew treated us. We came to the restaurant with two toddlers. From the moment we arrived, one male staff member repeatedly reminded us that the children would still be charged in full if they ate. We tried to explain several times that the toddlers would not be eating the pasta or pizza because one of them is lactose intolerant and allergic to cheese. Despite explaining this, he kept coming back and repeatedly told us that our reservation was only for 6 people—4 adults and 2 kids. We understood the restaurant’s policies, and we were not trying to avoid paying for anything. What we found unnecessary and disrespectful was the repeated way he kept bringing it up, especially after we had already explained our situation. We came to enjoy a meal with our family, not to argue about the children’s food. Policies are understandable, but the way they are communicated matters. A little courtesy, patience, and proper customer service would have made a huge difference. The food and ambiance deserve praise, but unfortunately, good food and a beautiful place mean very little when customers are made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected by the staff. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and reminds their staff that good customer service is just as important as good food.
